The Two (2) Year Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from authorized retailers of ZoomBroom Inc. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable.
ZoomBroom warrants that the unit shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase when it is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the requirements outlined in the Owner’s Guide, subject to the following conditions and exclusions:

How to get service
If your appliance fails to operate properly while in use under normal household conditions within the warranty period, email our Customer Service Specialists for product support and warranty service options: consumer-services@ZoomBrooms.com.
ZoomBroom will cover the cost for the customer to send in the unit to us for repair or replacement. A fee will be charged when ZoomBroom ships the repaired or replacement unit. Return fees vary by product. Contact Customer Service at consumer-services@ZoomBrooms.com or consult the Owner’s Guide for exact cost.
How to initiate a warranty claim
You must email consumer-services@ZoomBrooms.com to initiate a warranty claim. You will need the receipt as proof of purchase. We also ask that you have the product on hand when you call, so we may better assist you. A Customer Service Specialist will provide you with return and packing instruction information.
How state law applies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
Unless otherwise stated, our returns and exchanges policies provide that any purchase made directly from ZoomBroom Inc., online or through our call centers, may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling and restocking fees). ZoomBroom will refund the purchase price, but not provide a product exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise the 30-day money back guarantee by following the instructions below:
Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges on machines and/or parts.
Additionally, we will provide refund payments through PayPal for purchases made via PayPal or through other credit card processor which may have processed the payment. In the event that the PayPal account used to place the order has been closed or is unable to receive funds or the credit card used to pay for the purchase is no longer valid, we will issue a bank check and receipt of the refund may be delayed. Please contact our customer service representatives to obtain further PayPal refund assistance.
We reserve the right to include a 10% restocking fee, which would be deducted from your refund. Unless otherwise stated, we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
