You must use the charger that came with the ZoomBroom. Because the ZoomBroom has a high-capacity battery, it requires a high-capacity charger.
It plugs into the port under the rubber tab near the blower end of the ZoomBroom.
A flashing red light indicates that the battery is not completely in the handle. Please reinsert the battery.
Please make sure that you are using the charger that came with the ZoomBroom. Because the ZoomBroom has a high-capacity battery, it requires a high-capacity charger. A picture of the charger is on our website.
Generally, you should never have to remove the battery. It charges in the ZoomBroom. However, if you do need to remove the battery, just squeeze the two tabs on the end of the handle and the battery should slide out.
The first charge may take up to 3 hours. After that, it will depend on how long you used the ZoomBroom. You can figure roughly 5 minutes of charging for 1 minute of use.
Yes, you can leave the charger plugged in whenever you are not using your ZoomBroom. The battery will not overcharge.
Store the ZoomBroom in a dry, protected location. Do not allow it to freeze. All lithium-ion batteries should be protected from freezing temperatures.
Please send an email to sales@zoombrooms.com. In the email, please include proof of purchase of the ZoomBroom, the model number, your name and shipping address, and tell us in detail what the problems are with your ZoomBroom. If we deem the problem covered under the warranty, we will send you a new ZoomBroom. We may require you to send us the old ZoomBroom for inspection.
If you purchased your ZoomBroom from Zoombrooms.com, just send an email to sales@zoombrooms.com within 60 days of purchase and we will send you return instructions. We will refund your purchase price when we receive the ZoomBroom. If you purchased it through another retailer, you must contact that retailer.
