Having trouble charging your ZoomBroom?
- Is the battery all the way in the handle? If the indicator light is flashing red, the battery is not all the way in the handle. Please pull it out about halfway and slide it back in gently until you hear it snap into place.
- Are you using the charger that came with the ZoomBroom? Due to the high capacity of the ZoomBroom battery, phone chargers and other light duty USB chargers don’t supply enough amperage to charge the ZoomBroom. You must use the charger that came with the ZoomBroom.
Having difficulty mounting your ZoomBroom wall hanger?
- Try using Command Strips instead of screws. We have found that Command strips work very well to hold your wall mount. Make sure that you follow the manufacturers instructions.
